Virtual Identity Server Reports for Active Directory (VIS Reports for AD) is a 100% .NET web-based reporting application that seamlessly integrates within your identity management deployment to provide your organization a comprehensive reporting framework. VIS Reports for AD ships out of the box with key compliance reports that report on the status of users and groups in Active Directory, aiding organizations in their compliance efforts.

Built upon the Virtual Identity Server platform, VIS Reports for AD enables organizations to report on multiple domains or forests with one user interface, with the Virtual Identity Server virtual directory providing the multi-forest view.

This comprehensive Active Directory reporting package provides out-of-the-box scheduling, execution and emailing of any report. A report, for example, can be scheduled to run nightly and email a group of managers a list of all locked accounts or failed logins that occurred.

VIS Reports for AD is an extensible framework, and allows for the easy generation of custom reports by customers. Customers can now easily generate company-specific and industry or governmental compliance (Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Basel II, European Union Privacy Directive, FERPA, Capital Accord HIPAA and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act) reports.
